Anne-Flore LABRUNIE
Née à Noumea (Nouvelle-Calédonie) en 1974
Anne-Flore Labrunie trained as a designer at the School of Applied Arts in Nice. At the same time, she studied traditional calligraphy under Frank Lalou. Describing herself as a designer-calligrapher, this visual artist now works across all fields of visual creation, from installation to photography, including engraving, drawing, and ceramics. Since her time at the Opéra Garnier and Opéra Bastille, she has set her calligraphic projects within an imaginary, lyrical, and musical world. She has notably illustrated several books of poetry. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions.
