Fine impressions of the first state (of 4), prior to the replacement of Galle’s address, from the first edition published by Philippe Galle, long diagonal creases in the right-hand corners, several vertical creases running across the sheet, a long printer’s crease in the lower margin, a small printer’s crease at the top of the subject, small tears and restored tears along the upper edge.
On the reverse, stains and traces of old adhesive.
