This drawing appears in the catalog of the collection of Antoine Rivalz (1667–1735), known as the “Catalogue du chevalier Rivalz”—which lists the original drawings inherited by Pierre Rivalz from his father, Antoine Rivalz —From the Académie des Arts de Toulouse, Book I, Part II, no place, no date (certainly Toulouse, after 1735), listed under number LXVII as: Two drawings of Christ, height 1 foot, width 6 inches.
