Alfred Napoléon DELAUNOIS
1876 - 1941
This Belgian artist, who studied at the Académie de Louvain and then with Constantin Meunier at the École des Beaux-Arts in Louvain, painted landscapes, church interiors and monastic subjects, as well as portraits and studies of heads. He produced around sixty etchings and liked to mix techniques in his drawings. His work can be found mainly in public and private collections in Belgium.
