Emmanuelle AUSSEDAT

Emmanuelle Aussedat was admitted to the École des Beaux-Arts in 1975 and graduated with the Diplôme National Supérieur d’Arts Plastiques in 1980 (Drawing) and the Diplôme National Supérieur de Lithographie in 1984. In 1980 and 1981, she received a research and artistic creation grant. In 1985, she founded the lithography studio La Bête à Cornes. Beginning in 1984, her work took on an international dimension with exhibitions in the Netherlands, China, Japan, England, Australia, Spain, and elsewhere. She has also participated in artist residencies abroad, such as at the Valparaiso Mojacar Foundation (Spain, 2000–2001), the Helsinki Residency (2007), and the LAC in Réunion (2009). Her work is represented in various collections (the MNAM of the City of Paris, various regional art libraries, the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, the BNF, the Air France Museum, etc.). Since 1987, she has exhibited at various regular art fairs (SAGA, FIAC Edition, ESTAMPA in Madrid).
